Yes. The rule editor shows how the source event and the target event appear to people with different Google Calendar sharing permissions, including full-details viewers and free/busy-only viewers.
Each rule is one-way: source calendar to target calendar. If you want both calendars to reflect each other, create two rules, such as Work to Personal and Personal to Work.

It can list your connected calendars, read events in a time window, and create, update, or delete events in writable calendars. Time changes made through an assistant also move the synced copies, the same as editing in Unclash.
