Your account only: Connections use OAuth. You sign in to Unclash and approve access on a consent screen before the assistant can act.

Frequently asked questions about Unclash

Can I use a calendar other than Google?

Today, Unclash supports Google Calendar. Microsoft 365 and iCloud are on the roadmap; we ship in order of priority.

Can I use Unclash from ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Unclash works as an MCP server. Add it as a connector in Claude (Settings → Connectors) or in ChatGPT with developer mode, sign in to Unclash, and approve access on the consent screen. The assistant can then read your unified schedule and create, update, or delete events — and you can disconnect anytime.

Will my source calendar be modified?

No. Unclash only creates busy blocks on the target calendar. Events on the source calendar are not changed.

What do other people see?

By default they only see "Busy" — titles and details stay hidden. If you switch to "Follow sharing settings" and choose what to copy, viewers with the right permission can see the selected fields.

How quickly does it sync?

New, updated, and deleted events typically reach the target within a few seconds — up to a minute. Each one shows up in the sync log.

Does it cost anything?

New accounts get a free 14-day Pro trial. If you do not add payment, the account moves to Free automatically with up to 2 Busy-only sync rules. Pro is $8/month or $72/year and includes up to 16 active rules plus detail copy, private visibility, and hiding the Unclash badge.

How is my data handled?

We keep the minimum normalized calendar data needed to display and sync events. Raw event JSON, attachments, attendee lists, and conference data are not stored. See our privacy policy for details.

What happens when I disable a sync?

New events stop syncing. You can choose a removal mode to also delete already-synced busy blocks from the target.
