Common questions about billing and plans

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. Creating an account automatically starts a 14-day Pro trial. No card is required, and we never ask for payment details before you connect Google Calendar.

What happens when the trial ends?

If 14 days pass and you haven't upgraded, you move to Free automatically — no charge. On Free you can recreate up to 2 sync rules in Busy-only mode.

If I move from Pro to Free, what happens to my rules?

Existing rules aren't auto-converted to Busy-only — they're all paused, to prevent unexpected changes to how your events appear. Past rules aren't deleted; upgrade to Pro again to view or resume them. On Free, you create new Free rules.

How do monthly and annual differ?

It's the same Pro. Monthly is $8 / month; annual is $72 / year ($6 / month), which is 25% cheaper than monthly. You can switch anytime.

How are sync rules counted?

By active sync rules. Connected-only calendars and paused rules don't count toward the limit. Free allows 2; Pro allows up to 16.

How do I change payment or cancel?

Use the Stripe customer portal to update payment, view invoices, or cancel anytime. After canceling, you move to Free at the end of the billing period.
